To participate in the prize drawings without making a purchase, mail a legibly written 3x5 note card with your name, address, phone number, and email address along with a self addressed stamped envelope (with sufficient postage) to: FuzziBunz® Customer Rewards, 315 Weeks Street, New Iberia, LA 70560. One FuzziBunz® Customer Rewards and Registration sticker with serial number will be mailed in response to each request that complies with the requirements of the OFFICIAL RULES.  The Entry (Serial) Number is either located on a sticker included with most FuzziBunz® products, or your code can be found on the caretag and will look Similar to "FB????#####" or "EONE???#####"
